Will your small bills
last the first few sales?
Test a sequence of cash payments before market day. See the exact change used and the first sale this replay cannot complete.

1. Count the opening float
Number of bills or coins, not dollar amounts. Enter 0–200 in each box. Same-value coins and bills are combined.
Opening total: $0.00
2. Rehearse cash sales in order
Use the final amount due after any applicable tax, discount or cash rounding. This tool does not calculate those. Price and total tender are capped at $500 per sale.
3. Inspect the replay
Enter a float and sale, or load the fictional example, then run the test.
How to use the result
If a sale stops, look at which denominations remain. Adjust the opening mix, change the assumed tender, or try a different sale order, then rerun. Every run starts from your opening float.
What this test can and cannot tell you
Incoming cash becomes available before change is returned. Only completed sales update the drawer; a blocked sale is not counted. The tool finds an exact available combination per sale. It does not optimize your cash for later customers, so different earlier change choices may change the outcome.
A completed replay covers only the inputs and change choices shown. It cannot guarantee real sales, forecast customer behavior, detect counterfeit cash, replace cash counts, or reconcile refunds, tips, cash drops or card payments. Keep your actual sales records separately.
