Website Content Handoff Kit v1.0 - FREE
For solo US web designers handing approved small brochure-site content to a build.

1. Download and extract this package. Open the PDFs in an existing PDF reader that supports AcroForm text and checkboxes. No Python, account, scripts or installation required. Browser viewers vary; save a copy and reopen it before relying on the values.
2. Read Fictional_Worked_Example.pdf first. The changed hero image remains blocked; old approval must not transfer to a replacement.
3. Copy the blank Workbook per project. Page 1 sets scope. Copy page 2 per content item, page 3 per replacement; keep original pages. For more items, save separate named item PDFs if your reader cannot duplicate pages.
4. Complete required content manually. Check each evidence reference yourself. Unknowns remain pending. Use MISSING, REVIEW, REAPPROVE, USE BASIS PENDING, or MANUALLY REVIEWED. These are manual labels, not automatic calculations.
5. Fill page 4 from ALL required item and change records. Resolve blockers or state a bounded partial handoff. Send only to intended project participants using your own agreed channel. This product sends nothing.
6. Save, close and reopen. Print US Letter at actual size or fit if your printer needs it. Verify the longest field values visually; add a separate note for details that do not fit. The short fields are references, not a repository for full briefs.

No automatic checking, cloud syncing, upload, approval signature, reminders or actual file validation. Not a CMS import, legal release, copyright opinion, security review, accessibility test or launch authorization. Do not put passwords, access tokens or sensitive customer data in the packet. Use neutral aliases and non-secret evidence references.
Original fictional examples only. No customer, license or approval evidence is asserted. Local AcroForm read/write and renders checked; native Adobe Reader, Safari, Windows and physical printing not verified in this release. No customer results or payment validation.
