POP-UP POWER REQUEST CHECK v1.0.1 review candidate

Purpose
This workbook helps a US pop-up, craft-fair, festival, or food vendor turn equipment nameplate values into a clearer electrical request before load-in.

What is included
- Pop_Up_Power_Request_Check.xlsx
- Power Check: blank working sheet
- Worked Example: fictional sample showing a low-headroom result
- Free_Before_You_Request_Event_Power.pdf: one-page intake checklist

Five-minute workflow
1. Open the workbook in Microsoft Excel, LibreOffice Calc, or Google Sheets.
2. In Power Check, enter the event name, event voltage, and a planning buffer.
3. Enter only circuit limits confirmed by the organizer or event electrician.
4. Copy each item's quantity, watts or amps, and voltage from its actual nameplate.
5. Assign each item to a proposed circuit. Fix Missing input or Check voltage rows.
6. Discuss OVER LIMIT or Low headroom results before load-in.

Reading the result
- Confirm circuit limits: at least one assigned circuit has a blank, nonnumeric, zero or negative limit. Obtain and enter a positive numeric usable amp limit confirmed by the organizer/electrician. The workbook cannot verify that human confirmation.
- Unused: no equipment row is assigned to this circuit; an empty unused circuit does not block readiness.
- Within input limit: the entered simultaneous load fits the entered limit after the chosen buffer.
- Low headroom: the buffered load is at least 90% of the entered limit.
- OVER LIMIT: the buffered load exceeds the entered limit.
- A green result is not an approval and is not proof of electrical-code compliance.

Important limits
This planning aid does not size generators, choose cord gauge, determine GFCI or dedicated-circuit requirements, model startup surges, inspect equipment, or approve a connection. Follow the event's current form and the organizer/electrician's instructions.

Review-candidate verification
Recalculated with Artifact Tool 2.8.59 and Microsoft Excel 16.0 build 20430 (executable 16.0.20430.20092). LibreOffice and Google Sheets were not tested. Pasted nonnumeric quantities/ratings/voltages, unknown units and unknown circuit IDs now produce Invalid input and block readiness. See QA_SUMMARY.txt.
