QA SUMMARY - POP-UP POWER REQUEST CHECK v1.0.1 REVIEW CANDIDATE
Completed 2026-10-09 (UTC)

Scope: local workbook correction and regression testing only. No deployment, public download replacement, email or Pin publishing. Requested Library writeback is blocked by materialization HTTP 403; no Library content was changed.

ACTUAL REPRODUCTION
Original Power Check and Worked Example, using a disposable copy: E6=120; H6=0.2; A16=Test lamp; B16=1; C16=W; D16=60; E16=120; F16=C1; B9 blank. Artifact Tool recalculation returned I16=Ready, H9=Missing limit, B4=Ready to discuss on both sheets.

FIX
Both sheets: B4 now blocks readiness with Confirm circuit limits when any used circuit has Missing limit. H9:H12 checks assignment first (Unused), then requires a positive numeric limit (Missing limit otherwise). C9:D12 rejects invalid limits before arithmetic, preventing text-limit formula errors. The human confirmation remains the user's responsibility; no new confirmation workflow was added.
Power Check A50 and Worked Example A49 now say: This free kit includes no Owner Pack or source-URL list. Named examples above are context only; confirm current requirements with your organizer/electrician.
No source URLs were invented. Existing planning-aid and electrical-safety limitations remain.
Both sheets I16:I35 now require numeric quantity/rating/voltage, preserve the existing positive-value checks, allow only W or A, and require a circuit equal to C1-C4. Direct equality rejects wildcard circuit IDs such as * and C?. Invalid rows return Invalid input, which B4 maps to Fix equipment inputs, while G/H stay blank.

RESULTS
The EXPORTED XLSX was reimported and recalculated after each input mutation in @oai/artifact-tool 2.8.59. 74 checks passed (36 scenarios plus saved-default check on each sheet). Microsoft Excel 16.0 build 20430, executable version 16.0.20430.20092, independently recalculated the same 74 checks plus two original-bug reproductions: 76 passed. Native tests opened original and revised workbooks read-only and closed without saving.
Covered: missing, zero, negative, text, numeric-text, boolean and whitespace circuit limits; unused blank/invalid limits; normal loads; just below 90%, exactly 90%, exactly 100%, and above limit; voltage mismatch; missing/zero quantity; zero/negative rating; blank sheet; amps input; C4; second used circuit missing limit; final equipment row 35.
Saved defaults: Power Check=Add equipment; Worked Example=Review low headroom, C1 buffered amps=8.1, C2=20.0. No common formula errors in final saved default workbook or scoped regression cases.

INVALID INPUT REGRESSION
Original-only checks reproduced text quantity abc producing #VALUE!, unknown unit kW being treated as amps, and unknown circuit C5 allowing Ready to discuss. All three gaps are fixed in both sheets and pass in both engines. Additional cases cover numeric-text and boolean quantity, text rating/voltage, whitespace unit/circuit, wildcard circuit IDs and an invalid circuit on row 35. Historical baseline-invalid-results.json intentionally records the original failures; it is not a revision failure report.

PRESERVATION AND VISUAL CHECKS
Both sheets rendered and reviewed. Source-note replacement is legible. Workbook tabs/order, unrelated cell values/formulas, merged ranges, freeze panes, validations, conditional formatting, dimensions, print settings and semantic cell styles were preserved. Export normalized empty no-line border elements (no visual change). The pre-existing Worked Example event-name field is narrow; it was not restyled in this formula correction.
Original ZIP retained; original and revised XLSX ZIP CRC checks passed. License and PDF bytes are unchanged.

NOT TESTED / NOT CLAIMED
LibreOffice Calc and Google Sheets recalculation, older Excel versions, native UI dropdown interaction and printing were not tested. Excel verification covers this installed Windows build only, not universal cross-engine compatibility. Formulas use ordinary IF/OR/AND/ISNUMBER/NOT/COUNTIF/SUMIF functions; no new dynamic-array functions were introduced. Source research examples were not independently revalidated. The workbook cannot determine whether a number was actually confirmed by an organizer/electrician. No field electrical test, safety approval or code compliance is implied. This is a planning aid only.
Library metadata confirmed libfile_c90b350c7450819189d4dc8ff339e285, name Pop_Up_Power_Request_Check_Free_v1.zip, file_id file_0000000021cc81f5933c7275b8100499, current_version_number 0. Official materialization and one freshly prepared retry both returned HTTP 403 through the current Library helper. No local Library input exists, so content identity could not be confirmed and no replacement was attempted. No new Library version exists. Deliverables remain local for review.
