v1.0 · No account or installation · Nothing is uploaded or autosaved
1. Prepare two snapshots
Use exactly guest_id,status,meal in the first line. Status: GOING, NOT_GOING or PENDING. Every GOING row needs a confirmed label; other statuses must have an empty meal. One row per person, including each plus-one or child counted in this event.
Use the same IDs and agreed meal labels in both files. IDs: letters/digits/_/- only, 1–32 characters. Labels: 1–80 characters. Maximum 500 people and 64 KiB per snapshot. Header-only means zero people. This is not a direct Zola/Joy/platform import: manually map a copy to this format. Never enter names, contacts or allergy notes here.

Close/reload clears your work. Save the inputs to keep editable copies. Opening an input checks the format before replacing that side.
Results will appear after comparison.
Review before changing the order
A removed ID might be a filtered-out row or changed ID, rather than a cancellation. Case differences and synonyms stay separate. Compare the correct event and versions. Check vendor/staff/child meal treatment, allergies, dietary instructions, table/place-card records and deadlines separately with your caterer. This report is a manual review aid, not an approved order or a food-safety check.
